A well-known nightmarian who works at the Church of Penacony as a mortician. She is normally contracted by the Family and often travels between the Dreamscape and Reality on the daily basis, helping those who are close to death due to either old age or medical reason, with her home residing within the Dreamscape.

Despite everything, Lilith, herself, is a neutral citizen of Penacony; neither of The Family or fully immersed in the church herself due to her heritage; but rather, a contractual worker for The Family as mentioned previously.

Lilith is in a romantic relationship with Sunday of The Family (former) despite their polar opposite appearances. The two keep their relationship private, but are often spotted together in the Dreamscape's Grand Theatre.
